The 9/11 Pentagon Memorial Visitor Education Center

2011 Crystal Dr.
In the first half of 2026, JBG Smith is revamping the 11-story building at 2011 Crystal Dr. in Arlington. The project includes an updated exterior, a refreshed lobby, improved outdoor spaces, and a large meeting and conference center.
