🪩 I recently learned a new term the other day, and I absolutely love it. Have you ever heard of a “disco nap”? The premise is that this little nap is taken in the late afternoon or early evening to rejuvenate you for a night out. The earliest known use dates back to the 1990s, but there are traces of the term that can be found as far back as the 1970s.
We recommend taking a disco nap before one of the many events happening in NOVA this month.
