Development
The final public hearing on adding two express lanes from the Springfield Interchange to the Woodrow Wilson Bridge is Wednesday, June 11, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Nannie J. Lee Memorial Recreation Center. The formal presentation begins at 6:30 p.m.

Alexandria will serve as the home base for Al Ain FC of the United Arab Emirates during the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. The team is scheduled to play two matches at Audi Field in DC later this month.
