Super Size Snowflakes | Arlington
When: Thursday, Dec. 18 from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
Cost: Free
The Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington offers a variety of workshops on Thursdays at the Innovation Studio for free. This one at the end of December will help you create some winter wonderland decorations for your home.

Make Your Own Ornaments | Alexandria
When: Thursday, Dec. 18 from 5:30-7 p.m.
Cost: $17
Want to make your Christmas tree more personalized? Your ticket gets you the ability to make two ornaments with tools like tinsel and sequins.

Silent Night Holiday Paint Event | Leesburg
When: Friday, Dec. 19 from 7-9 p.m.
Cost: $50
Want to work with a paintbrush? Head to the Painted Tiger Art Studio to create your own “Silent Night” scene. Who knows… maybe you’re the next Picasso.

Holiday Centerpiece Workshop | Leesburg
When: Saturday, Dec. 20 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Be the host with the most and make your very own centerpiece for the holidays. Local florist Blooms2U will guide this class at Fleetwood Farm Winery, and food + beverages will be available for purchase while you craft.

Winter Tea Blending + Tea Bath Workshop | Alexandria
When: Sunday, Dec. 21 from 3-5 p.m.

Create your very own tea blend as a gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself. You will learn about the value of different ingredients, how to pair flavors, and how to steep your own cup of tea.

Santa Slime Workshop | Fairfax Station
