Mount Vernon Woods Park, a brand new park in Alexandria, is hosting a grand opening event tomorrow, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can expect skateboard demonstrations, soccer activities, and other recreational events. The park also features a fitness area and a picnic pavilion.
